There is a real joy in storing things we value in a fine cabinet or chest of drawers.  We ascribe values, not necessarily financial ones, to everything we own and house it accordingly.  Whether it is splendid silver or fabulous shoes by famous makers, we give them an appropriate level of protection.  

The act of caring is tantamount to a ceremony in our private lives.
